Gary is a partner of Sangra Moller LLP. Gary obtained a B.A. in 2001 and an LL.B. in 2004, both from the University of British Columbia. Gary was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.

Gary joined the firm in 2005 after articling with a large Vancouver law firm. Gary's practice focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and also includes commercial law and general corporate representation. Gary has assisted clients in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity and debt financings. Gary's experience includes advising clients on general corporate securities and contract matters, drafting commercial agreements and advising private and public company clients on a variety of corporate and securities law issues, including regulatory compliance, insider trading and continuous disclosure.
