Mihai is a partner of Sangra Moller LLP. Mihai received a B.Sc. (Honors) in 2000 from the University of Alberta and an LL.B., along with an International, Comparative and Transnational Law Program Certificate, from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003. He received an LL.M. in Securities Law, also from Osgoode Hall Law School, in 2008. Mihai was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2004 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mihai practiced corporate finance and securities law at a preeminent international law firm headquartered in Canada. Mihai has been involved in corporate finance transactions representing both public and private companies as well as underwriters and agents, with particular emphasis on the mining, information technology and biotechnology sectors. He also routinely advises clients on ongoing corporate and securities law compliance matters, and has experience in securities offerings, proxy contests, corporate governance and drafting a variety of commercial agreements.

Mihai is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.

Mihai is fluent in Romanian.
