Shanah received a B.A. in 2000 and an LL.B in 2003, both from the University of British Columbia. Shanah is expected to be called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
Shanah's practice focuses on commercial law and general corporate representation, corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisitions.
