Lisa received a B.A. in 1998 and an LL.B in 2001, both from the University of British Columbia. Lisa was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2002.

 Lisa's practice focuses on commercial law and general corporate representation, corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisitions. Lisa has experience in a wide range of corporate & commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions and private and public equity and debt financings. Her experience includes advising clients on corporate proceedings and general commercial and contract matters, drafting a broad range of commercial agreements and advising private and public company clients on a variety of corporate and securities law issues including regulatory compliance and disclosure.
