Kim is one of the founding partners of Sangra Moller. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1983, an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1984 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1985. Kim acts for private and public corporations on a broad variety of corporate & commercial matters. He has acted for both borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and documentation of credit facilities, secured (asset-backed) lending and related financing transactions. Kim's practice also encompasses regulatory applications and compliance, corporate finance aspects of real estate transactions and a broad range of forestry related matters. He has extensive experience in complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Kim has been involved in, and advised with respect to, proxy contests, negotiated and hostile take-over bids, plans of arrangement, mergers & acquisitions and related financing transactions.
