Andrew received a B.Comm. in 2006 from Dalhousie University and a J.D. from Queen’s University in 2009. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and the British Columbia Bar in 2011.

Andrew’s practice focuses on securities and corporate finance and includes commercial and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm Andrew practiced with a large national law firm in Toronto.

Andrew is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
