Jeetesh received a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and a J.D. and M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting in 2009, all from the University of British Columbia. After completing his articles with Sangra Moller LLP, he was called to the British Columbia Bar and joined the firm as an associate in May of 2010.

Jeetesh has assisted clients in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity and debt financing, and the purchase and sale of assets. Jeetesh's experience includes general corporate and corporate securities matters, including regulatory compliance, insider trading, continuous disclosure and commercial agreements. Jeetesh has assisted both private and publicly listed companies.

Prior to joining Sangra Moller LLP, Jeetesh undertook research in conjunction with the Centre for Sustainability at UBC and the Vancouver Economic Development Commission to determine the Vancouver region's demonstrated strengths in green technologies. He engaged in an intensive program of outreach to companies to determine which local firms provide innovative technologies and services, and where these are showcased within the region.

Previously, Jeetesh managed the western branch of a national field hockey retail company, assisting the company with breaking into the western market, and while interning at a BC United Way, he redeveloped the corporate governance model of the organization as it transitioned to a new mandate.
